This website

No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, no cookies. The only thing stored is your theme preference (light/dark) in your own browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device.
Server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) are kept briefly by our EU hosting provider for security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you email us, we process your address and message to reply (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). We do not add you to lists.

The product

Constant processes customer compliance data (including personal data of your team, e.g. names, work emails, interview answers) as a processor on your instructions, under a data processing agreement.
All data is stored and processed in the European Union. Tenant data is isolated with database-enforced row-level security, credentials are encrypted at rest, and changes are recorded in a tamper-evident audit log.
Subprocessors (EU hosting, transactional email) are listed in the DPA provided to customers.

Your rights

You have the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Write to hello@constantcompliance.eu; we respond within the statutory deadlines. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
